Here is my take on a comfortable ribbed beanie. This simple design is great for social knitting and uses only 50g of worsted weight yarn.

After a few failed attempts at knitting a great masculine beanie for my Davo I decided to take it easy this time around. This Illimani baby llama wool was a great addition, it added texture, softness and is the perfect thickness for mild west coast winters.

This pattern is great for beginner knitters who are looking to make a comfortable beanie. This pattern is easy to read and knit with worsted-weight yarn. The finished hat fits heads approximately 18 inches not stretched/ 24.5 inches stretched.

Material Required:
110yds/50g of Worsted Weight Yarn
4 (US 6) circular needle, 16 inches
4.5mm (US 7) circular needle, 16 inches and dpn

Skills: knit stitch, purl stitch, decreases and increases, knitting in the round.
