This pattern is live again with a new file since the old one had a bit unclear instructions

This pattern is named after kent, the famous band from Sweden, not Kent the place :)

It is a small shawl or shawlette featuring a simple ribbing pattern. The pattern only requires one skein of worsted yarn.

Great for beginners or if you can’t afford more than one skein of that nice yarn you really want to buy! It has a top-down construction increasing along the edges so you could use any yarn or gauge and finish the shawl when it’s the desired size.

Also, this pattern requires no counting of stitches after the set-up, and that’s always nice if you like to knit while watching game of thrones, or the sunset.

One idea for this shawl would be to finish it after a ribbed section and exclude the eyelet edge, to get a different look. Of course you could use this pattern for the shawl shape and knit it in stockinette with a lace edge, or however you like it!

Enjoy!
