The Light Fandango is a lightweight, floaty v-neck crochet sweater, worked using a top down seamless raglan construction. It has an oversized body with fitted long sleeves that will have you skipping.

Because this is a-top down design it means there is no seaming or joining pieces together, and you can try it on as you work!

Skills Needed
This pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners or intermediate crocheters. It is a relatively simple sweater, especially for anyone who has ever worked top down before.
The tweed effect Herringbone stitch used is described in the pattern, which also gives a link to a photo and video tutorial.

Sizing
The pattern is written in 7 women’s sizes, from XS - 3X (bust 93-165cm).
The sweater is designed to drop to the top of the hips but advice is given on how to alter the length to suit.
The item pictured is a size S, worn by me (5ft 1in, UK size 8-10).

Materials
This pattern requires between 300g and 550g of 4ply / lightweight yarn, depending on what size you choose. Detailed yarn quantities are given in the pattern.
The item pictured used Drops Alpaca yarn in light pink with a 4.5mm hook.
