Moo is a Belted Galloway cow, which is why she has a white stripe around her middle. From a young age she noticed that folks stare at her black-and-white midsection, and by accident a few times, she managed to put her onlookers into a near trance by moving slightly. Now she has taken up hero work and uses her power to help fight crime.
