MATERIALS: 4 balls of sky-blue thread; 3 balls of while; No. 10 needles; or 2-ply wool could be used; 3oz of blue and 2oz of white; No. 9 needles; medium-size crochet-hook; 3 yards of narrow black velvet, 9 dress cllps.

MEASUREMENTS: Bust, 34 inches; length to under-arm seam, 12 Inches; sleeve along seam, 4 inches.
