Have you suffered the indignity of imperfectly striped ribs? Does that tiny purl bump of uneven color make you cry into your teacup?

Well, suffer no more!

This is the easiest way to get perfect stripes that I wish I had known years ago. These fingerless gloves knit up fast and make them perfect for gifts. Use your team colors or whip up a pair for your favorite outfit. And above all, bask in the perfect seamless color change, ribbed for your pleasure.

Sizes: The ribbing in these mittens stretches a lot, so one size fits most. If you need a larger pair, just cast on multiples of 4 until you reach your desired size.

Materials

This pattern is written for a glove that has two stripes, but can be easily modified to fit your own color scheme. To make the pair listed, the yarns you will need are:
Main Color (MC): Approximately 55 yards of worsted weight yarn
Contrast Color (CC): Approximately 18 yards of worsted weight yarn
(Level-up Bonus: stashbust by using different leftovers for each stripe)

Gauge:
14 stitches and 13 rows in ribbing equals 2 inches square, unstretched or blocked. Gauge is not too critical considering how stretchy they are, so just use this as a guide and adjust as you go to fit your own hand.
