the POOLSIDE hat
My son and I spend all summer long at the pool. So I decided to crochet a floppy poolside hat so I don’t have reapply sunscreen to my face every 30 minutes!
I have a large head with lots of hair so I wanted a hat big enough to fit loosely on my head and accommodate a low bun. But if your head is smaller than 24” circumference, just eliminate a few rows for your perfect fit.
I used every bit of the 2 ball of Queensland Cairns. If you want a larger brim or are nervous about having enough yarn, buy an extra ball.
