The Queen's Edging
From the Stitch Description: The dainty fan-shaped motifs of this lovely old pattern have a tendency to puff outward, which can give an unusual embossed effect. The edging is very attractive when worked in fine cotton and applied to linens, such as pillowcases, fancy hand towels, bedspreads and tablecloths. It also makes a beautiful border for a stole or evening scarf.”
