I somehow deleted my word document version of this pattern. I no longer seem to have all my instructions on how to dye the yarn etc.

I have put the chart for the houndstooth design in the photos of this post. The white area is the background color and the yellow highlighted area is the repeat area. The “X” marks the houndstooth design knit with the variegated yarn.

I know I dyed two hanks of the KnitPicks Bare natural yarn with Rit dyes. The background yarn was dyed a blue grey with purple undertones. The variegated yarn was dyed with the colors you can see in the tassels: Purple, orange, a mint green and a taupe.

I knit the scarf flat, repeating the pattern 3 times across (so 9 total houndstooth pattern rows) and for 45 inches. I then stitched up the seam to make a tube and added the tassels.
