This scarf got its name because of its versatility. Depending on the yarn and hook used to construct the scarf it can take on an entirely different personality every time you make one.

Sometimes it is a lacy, breezy summer wardrobe accessory or a head wrap for any time of the year, or even a belt; sometimes it is a fluffy, warm winter necessity, or it can pretty much anything in between.

The pattern is worked exactly the same no matter which style you would like to create, only the yarn and hook change. You are not limited by the three examples pictured here; you could find many more possibilities by trying different pairings. Half the fun of this scarf is in deciding which personality you would like it to have each time you start one!
