The Trapani Cowl is part of my Cracked Pepper Cowl Series here on Ravelry. What are Cracked Pepper Cowls? They are cowls with a little spice, a little sass and lots of class!

The Trapani Cowl is a two sided cowl that can be knit up in many ways. I was inspired by a postcard sent in 1903 from Florence to Trapani located in Sicily. The cowl can be knit in dk or worsted weight yarn. Ravelry will only let me list one weight of yarn. The turquoise cowl is knit in O-wool Balance and size US #4 needles. It can be knit in 1 or 2 colors and is double sized for even more appeal.

It’s a fun knit suitable for beginners with an appetite for a little adventure and varied enough for knitters of intermediate and advanced skill levels. A little spice, a little sass and lots of class! Ciao!
