I often start knitting and wait to see where the project leads me. Sometimes, I see various twists and turns that a project can take, and always wonder if I made the right one.

The idea for the Triple Threat Fingerless Mitts was born when I looked at a set of fingerless gloves I was designing and saw all the other possibilities for them—they could easily be wrist/arm warmers, or a soda can or wine bottle cozy, too.

This pattern includes options for:
youth wrist warmers
youth arm warmers
adult small/medium wrist warmers
adult small/medium arm warmers
soda can cozy
wine/water bottle cozy
adult small/medium fingerless gloves with a thumb hole
adult small/medium fingerless gloves with a knitted thumb

Notes about Gauge: 14 stitches of Triple Threat Cable pattern (unstretched) to approximately 2 inches. You do not need to knit exactly to gauge for this pattern to work well, but you want to knit on needles at least 1-2 sizes smaller than you would traditionally knit this yarn on.
