The Velveteen Rabbit, written by Margery Williams, has been an iconic children’s story since its release in 1922. It is the story of a toy’s quest to become real. Not a story like Pinocchio, nor like the 90’s kids movie “Toy Story,” this classic and loving tale crosses generations, it is a simple tale of how the love of one little boy brought his toy to life. By far my favorite Christmas tale as a child, I hope you enjoy my modern twist in this very simple hat.
