A true hockey fan isn’t afraid to brave the elements to cheer on the home team. Stay snug while you wear your colours proudly with the WrapAround Scarf. Stephanie’s scarf (shown right) is knit in Toronto’s crisp blue and white. Want to purchase this yarn? Visit https://rivercityyarns.com/collections/rcy-originals/prod...

This scarf is knit in two pieces, then grafted or sewn together, depending on your preference. Stephanie provides you with six sections, all knit in garter stitch but using techniques such as short rows and mitering as well as knitting horizontally and vertically to create shifting patterns in the variegated colourways as well as making a scarf that is reversible. Like in hockey, each section of the scarf is independent but pull together as a team. Swap out pieces (just like players) to create perfect chemistry. The WrapAround Scarf is designed to use up every last meter of your skein!

Use the needle size you need to get gauge. For Stephanie, that was a 3.0mm needle.
