The jacket can be made by left over yarn or you may use any other fingering weight yarn.

The pattern is to honour my Grandma who lost her husband before my Mom was born. She was a taylor and raised my Mom alone. She knew not to throw away cloth and how to make new stuff from old things.

The pattern is still in German at the moment but will be published in English too.
