Glass can fracture or break when exposed to sudden
temperature changes. This colorwork pattern was inspired
by broken glass. The colorwork is great for a first stranded
project as the floats are kept short but at the same point
the pattern subtly shifts to provide interest.

Mitts are knit in the round from the cuff up. The stitch
pattern was designed to prevent puckering that can
happen with longer floats.
