Detailed description from the book:
Contrasting yarns, colors and textures highlight the simple construction of this stylishly oversized cardigan. The long ribbing at the hemline ensures that, even though the body is oversized and has no shaping, it still hugs those curves. A substantial cardigan is just the thing you’ll reach for again and again as you pad around your house in thick, warm socks on a midwinter’s eve. Or throw it on over a crisp collared shirt and stay cozy all day.

The body of the cardigan is knit with Cascade Jazz, a textural thick-and-thin wool. The cuffs, neckline and hem use Cascade 220 Heather in two complementary shades. This sweater is cast on at the neckline and knit down to the hem. Shaping is created by changing yarn, needle size and stitch pattern. The button band is picked up and knit at the end.
