Dec rnd 1: Knit to 2 sts before end of first needle, k2 tog, turn work, SSK, knit to end—46 sts

I know in the book I suggested size 6 needles, but that sample is clearly knit too tightly. If I had it to do over with the same yarns, I would use larger needles and a looser gauge.

Yardage above is for combined yarns, varies based on desired length, but do choose equal amounts each type.

The sample you see here is made from Classic Elite Provence and the stripe width is a little different.
