Named after the mother of Northumberland’s famous rescue heroine, Grace Darling, Thomasin’s Torch is set to evoke practical warmth and effortless style.
Knit in one piece from side to side, this shawl cleverly avoids the need for long rows but is still long enough to wrap around two or three times for that extra snuggle factor.
The simple lace border makes for an easy knit with practical wearability and the shawl can be worn in lots of different ways or knitted in different weights of yarn (with needle size and yarn quantity adjustments) for varying effects.
Photographed in this vibrant Dragon’s Breath shade, the shawl would work just as well in a more muted shade - I think Grace Darling would herself have been very proud of this one!
