This coat is knit from the bottom up with 1 strand of hand dyed merino wool yarn and 1 strand of hand dyed mohair yarn held together. After the body of the coat is finished, pick up stitches around the front and neck, and work in seed stitch for the button band. There is only 1 seam to sew at the shoulders.

Sizes are easy to adjust by casting on more or less stitches. You will need 3 -( 8 oz. 500 yds.) skeins of English Mohair , and 2- (8 oz. 800yds) skeins of Merino wool.
