We love the hand-spun in Uruguay yarn from Manos, but it seemed a bit scratchy to wear on your neck- so we added 2 strands of a lace-weight mohair to make it really soft. Then, customers started using soft 100% merino but still added the mohair and wow- so soft!
If you want to turn this into a cowl, simply forgo the fringe and seam it together for a big infinity loop.

This can be a stash buster if you have 200 yds worsted-heavy worsted leftover from a sweater. This scarf does not look like 1x1 rib- customers often ask what the stitch is!

We have Rowan Kidsilk Haze for sale in our online store here, and the glittery version here, and Haiku here. We also have Tosh Merino here, and Maxima here.
