This bag is made from small squares joined together.
With crochet cord handles.
It is very simple to make even for a beginner.

You will need some fabric to line your bag, which can be either hand or machine sewn.

The small squares can be used for any other projects you like, make tham larger by adding extra rounds or use them for a cushion cover… endless possibilities.

I used 7 colours in total, 3 greens, 3 blues and a dark grey.
Though they are all double knitting I used 3 different types to get the colours I wanted, mixing brands is not a problem as long as the weight is the same.

King Cole Big Value DK 1 ball Jade.
King Cole Pricewise 1 ball Baby Green.
Stylecraft Special DK
1 ball of each in Cloud Blue, Aster, Royal, Aspen and Graphite.
I have loads left over for another project, so this could easily be a stash buster.

I have also just added a blog post which you can fine here.
