Sweet, simple as garter stitch cardigan - knitted in one piece to the underarms. Partially buttoned to fit over chubby tummies.

Yarn
Wool or wool blend sport weight or light DK yarn. Approximately 166 m (181 yd) to 50g (1.76 oz)
I have used a DK wool at 137m to 50g and another at 166m to 50g and both have worked well.

Yarn 260m (286 390 416 520) metres

Needles
Unless otherwise noted all garments use
3.25 mm (US 3 UK 10)
(Or size needed to achieve gauge)
I use circular needles, however all of these patterns can be worked on straight needles.

Darning needle
1 m (1 yd) 1 cm (1/2 in) wide ribbon
3 (3, 3, 4, 4) small buttons.
