Half a skein of merino beckoned me to make another.

1 skein Jade Sapphire 6 ply Cashmere
or
1/2 skein Worsted weight
Green Mitts used 42 g of Malabrigo Worsted
US 7 (4.5mm) needles or size to get gauge
About 12” of smooth, contrasting waste yarn to hold thumb stitches
Tapestry needle

5 stitches & 7 rows = 1 inch in pattern.
3 1/2’’ (flat, 7’’ around) x 7’’ long
For a smaller mitt go down 1 needle size.
