This fun and easy cowl will make a wonderful gift that looks lovely from either the public or private side. It can be worn long or wrapped twice around the neck for warmth. The model is made of cotton, but any DK weight yarn will substitute. Gauge is essential if using the model yarn; however, the length is easily changed to suit the knitter. To change the length and keep the pattern in line, add or delete in 16-row sections. If not reaching the given gauge or if changing the length, just remember that yarn requirements will change. Enjoy!
