Fingerless mitts/gloves with a lacy Tilting Leaf pattern in the centre and panels of narrow cables on each side of the Leaf panel. The same pattern is on the palms of the gloves. The thumb gusset is in plain stocking stitch. There are picot edgings at both top and bottom of the gloves and a narrow rib at the cuff.

The gloves in the photograph were knitted in Rowan Pure Wool 4ply, but any 4ply weight yarn could be used for these mitts.

The approximate un-stretched measurements of the mitts are 3.5”/9cm wide (not counting the thumb) and 5.5”/15cm long from top of cuff rib to picot edge. The cuff rib and bottom picot edging is approximately 0.75”/2cm long.

The pattern consists of typed instructions for the glove shaping and Left and Right Charts for the stitch patterns.
