The tiny hat has a hole that can either be fitted to the head or if the head is much bigger, placed on top of the head then sewed on. As example I have shown the hat on both the tiny candy corn (where the hat fit inside the head) and on Marisol the mouse (where the hat is placed on top of the head and then sewn with black thread to keep it in position). :)

Will also go really well with lighter weight yarn :)
