ITEM DETAILS
This pattern is for a PDF download knitting pattern, for Toe Up Socks Using the Magic Loop method.

If you want to learn how to knit Toe Up Socks, my pattern and video combination is the perfect starting point for new sock knitters. I wrote this pattern to accompany a free video tutorial on my YouTube Channel, where I take you through the whole process from casting on to casting off. The pattern offers alternative sizes from the sock that I make in the video.

You can find the video here: https://youtu.be/bjUoIyfNnyE

My Tippy Toes Toe Up Socks, start at the toes, using Judy’s Magic Cast On. They then have a German Short Row Heel (with no wraps to deal with). They then finish with a nice stretchy cast off.

The pattern is printed with some colour photos and then the pattern is repeated without photos. So you have the option to print the last 5 pages only, if a printer friendly option if preferred.

The accompanying YouTube video for these socks, is where you can knit along with me, as I take you step by step through all the techniques - and the printable PDF version of the pattern of the pattern has the following sizes, which uses all the same techniques demonstrated in the YouTube video:

UK adult shoe size 3, (Eau 36).
UK adult shoe size 4-5, (Eau 37-38).
UK adult shoe size 6, (Eau 39).
UK adult shoe size 7-8, (Eau 40-41).

If you are between sizes and in doubt of what size to make, always opt for the smaller size to allow for negative ease a nd a tighter fit.

! x 100 gram ball of 4 ply sock yarn. (I used King Cole Zig Zag 4 Ply Sock Yarn.

Darning needle for sewing in your ends of yarn, when you have finished your socks.

In the video I take you through every step of the way as I knit my sock, but if you need a little more help, I also have in-depth videos on every technique used and will add the links along the way in the video and list them below.

In the video I show you step-by step how to knit a Toe Up Sock, using a circular needle and the magic loop method. I’ll be knitting English Style with the yarn in my right hand and the sock I’m making is a UK adult size 4 - 5, starting at the toes, using Judy’s Magic Cast-On, then has a German Short Row Heel and finishes with a nice stretchy cast off.
