Inspired by Titanic Mill in Linthwaite, near Huddersfield, a lace stole knitted in Titus that reflects the symmetrical ranks of windows bordered by columns of narrow windows at the edges. Double yarnovers create an open fabric with lots of drape and narrow garter stitch borders complete the design.

Finished size 150cm/59” long and 39cm/15.25” deep.

You will need two skeins of baa ram ewe Titus (pictured in Lotherton) / 640m/700yds of 4ply/fingering weight yarn, stitch markers and a 4mm/US 6 80cm/32” circular needle.

The lace stitch pattern is provided in both written and charted form.
