To and Fro uses decreases and yarn overs to create a zig-zag pattern that traverses from the brim to the crown. Purl ridges interrupt the pattern to add visual interest. It’s a fun, quick knit that’s great for gift giving.

As written, To and Fro is a slouchy hat that can be made to fit like a beanie by rolling the brim up.
