The twisted waffle stitch makes a very stretchy and forgiving fabric with a pattern that appears to spiral around the hat. The instructions are one adult size fits most due to this stretch.

Enjoy this zen and relaxing knit. The four row repeat is easily memorized and reading your work is straightforward. In DK weight yarn (although worsted will also work), it will knit up quickly and maybe even leave you hungry for waffles (with a twist).

Gauge:
24 stitches and 32 rows = 4”/10cm

Suggested needle:
US 6/4mm 16in circular and a longer length for magic loop or DPNs for crown shaping
