This garter stitch hat, knit in Tobaggan is a quick and easy remedy to cold ears. Worked either in the round or flat and then seamed up, this hat is a great way to add some color to the last days of your winter wardrobe. Add a pompom to the top to give it an extra sense of whimsy.
