Toddler Mini-Skirt
Measurement:
Top side to side: 10 inches
Bottom side to side (including the ruffles): 14 inches
Top to bottom: 8 inches

This new pattern is so cute! I had a blast creating it and I hope that you enjoy working it up! It is sized for a toddler, but of course a larger hook could make it larger naturally. Keep in mind that I have been working on the gauge, so I would recommend checking it just to make sure you’re spot on!
