These cozy and stylish socks are constructed with an easy afterthought heel and, I suppose you could call it a ‘forethought’ toe. The use of slip stitches for the foot creates a very smooth fabric, different from socks made with single crochet. These socks are a fun challenge for experienced crocheters and not out of reach for adventurous beginners. Not a quick project, but you will be amazed how fast the slip stitching goes once you get the hang of it.
