This pattern is for toe-up socks made for a toddler. The pattern features an lace pattern up the front and 2x1 ribbing around the back. The toes are constructed using a Turkish cast-on (requires a long circular needle). Once the toe is done, the knitter can switch to double-pointed needles. The pattern also features a partridge stitch on the heel.

My children currently wear Size 9 shoes (toddler sizes, not kid sizes), and I designed the socks to be a little long for them so they will last longer. You can easily adjust the length of the sock to suit your child.
