This is inspired by the Tokyo Zodiac Murders book for the Book of the Month knit along. This pattern is made from scraps and features an origami heel, as well as an open mesh reminiscent of the holes in the picture our heroine is piecing together. Finally, our star is our detective, Kiyoshi Mitarai, is an Astrologer, so we finish off with a star toe. The sock is made from parts of others, add a little magic and there you go! For an extra challenge, the pattern is quick, so you have a week if you can, to solve our mystery - just as our detective has.
