This is one of my favorite pieces EVER. It is made in one piece with the appearance of falling leaves. The leaves are created on a background of reverse stockinette stitch with eyelet borders. When you sew the seam for the shoulders the eyelet border at the shoulder seam becomes the same width as the bottom border. Plus, you seam the bottom section a tiny bit to create a sleeve.

This is a one sleeved poncho.
Don’t put a seam in at the bottom and it is a poncho.
Don’t put any seams in and it is a wrap.

Thank you Sarah for doing an amazing job knitting this piece for me. xo
