A romantic top for the summer and for special occasions, *Diamonds* is worked from the top down in a flattering shape.

The upper body is knitted in stockinette stitch, but with a twist. Then, the main part is worked in a pattern of eyelet columns ending in lacy diamond shapes. Finally, the crochet straps are added.

Swatching is necessary to ensure a good fit around the chest.

The lace pattern is fully charted!

Required crochet skills: chain stitch, single crochet (UK: double crochet).

To protect your bare shoulders against a chill, combine the top with the matching shawl *Diamonds*.
