This little hat starts at the top with an I-cord and grows downward into a hat that can be made to fit anyone by simply adding more increase rounds. To give the bottom edge a finished look, the hat is cast off with an I-cord edging.

You will need both double-pointed needles and a 16” circular (or stay with dpns if you prefer).
