This is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern worked in the round/center out. There are no ends to cut with this technique!

Size of final product and amount of yarn used vary on what kind of yarn you use, your hook, and your tension.

My version used 4600 yards of 4 weight with 4mm hook, and I have a loose tension generally. It’s 68” square.

My tester’s version used 3100 yards of DK weight (but she did not finish the pattern, so probably 4000 if she had) with 4.5 hook and tight tension. Hers would be 45” square with the final/outer design if she completed it.

The directions include graphs in sections with some repeat for easy reading, a complete full graph for electronic apps like Knit Companion, and written instructions. I also have a video linked in the pattern that demonstrates how to start in the round.
