Toronto is a textured hip length pullover sweater; constructed of Knit 1 Below ribbing, and cables (front yoke) for the body. It has long sleeves (just below wrist); and a folded over ribbed turtleneck collar (Polo Collar in pattern).

The Knit 1 Below rib pattern is consistent through the lower portion of the front and the entire back. The upper front is cabled. The sleeves are knit in stockinette with a ribbed cuff; and the collar is ribbed.

The pattern is knit in pieces from the bottom up; and seamed.
