Torrance is the first pattern of four in a collaborative collection of neon themed knit accessories! Three designers (Indie.Knits, Stariel Knits, and Norichan Knits) used StitchJones’s Merino Sock in specially dyed neon colors to design their perfect bright accessory. Watch out for the other patterns in this collection!

Our collection page will be out shortly, and if you are interested in the entire collection, you can purchase the entire set at a discount. :o)

Torrance is a textured and fun fingerless mitt. To determine what size would be best for you, measure at the widest portion of your upper hand (not including the thumb). Choose the closest circumference size to that measurement. :o)

If you are the type to get started right away and would like to check your gauge against the mitt instead of swatching: 3 Chart A repeats (24 sts) = 2.75”. Otherwise, the gauge listed in the information section above is for stockinette st, knitted in the round.

Materials needed: tapestry needle, st marker (optional), and scrap yarn.

Yardage requirements: 186 (220, 253, 278) yards 170 (201, 231, 254) m.
The last pattern in this collection will be an option to allow you to use up the rest of your skein.
