These socks feature a colour work band at the top of the leg that adds some tension to your ribbing, helping the socks to stay up. They also let you experiment with color work, without committing to a huge project. The color work lets you show off the beautiful colors of some of the hand dyed sock yarn you have in your stash. Finally, you can use some of those leftover scraps to complete this project, and stretch out some sock yarn that might be a bit short for other projects.
