This little bear sits at 5-6 inches high. you can make it into a girl or boy.
No gauge needed as it is a toy. I have used DK weight yarn and 3mm needles but worsted weight would work fine just change the needle size.
This is my first pattern. Hopefully you will enjoy making it.
