Lauhala, also known as pandanus, leaves, sway and bend in the tropical trade winds of the Pacific. Inspired by Hawaiian evenings, this lightweight Trade Winds Cape is made with an original contemporary lace pattern called Lauhala Lace. The cape is edged with Ocean Curl lace edging, resembling the curve of a wave cresting, another original pattern. Made with lace weight yarn, this wrap is just the thing to wear on a breezy night. The cape closes at the neck with a drawstring or pin. Pattern is written with text and charts.
