Treat is an asymmetric triangular shawlette knitted from side to side on the bias. It is completely reversible, featuring wide ribbing and a pretty lace edging. Although the pattern calls for fingering-weight yarn, you are free to substitute heavier or lighter yarns.

You can easily customize Treat to your desired size as you knit.

Once you are finished, your Treat can be worn in many ways ~ around the shoulders as a shawl or wrap, loosely draped around the neck, or wrapped and tied as a scarf. This is the shawlette you will want to pop in your bag and take along wherever you might need another layer, a sweet Treat to keep you warm.

Fully written and charted instructions are included, so that you can use whatever works best for you.

Many thanks to the lovely and talented knitters who tested this pattern. Your thoughtful insights were much appreciated!
