I originally designed this tree motif to use in a wall hanging (and I love it for that purpose), but it would also be beautiful appliqued to a bag or a decorative cushion -- anywhere that would benefit from its leafy silhouette.

It’s okay to substitute a different hook, if another size is more comfortable for you. (For example, many charts recommend a size 7 hook with #10 thread, and that will work fine.)
