This is my Tree Frog Entrelac Purse Pattern spiced up with lacey leaf motifs on the front of the bag; one motif in each entrelac square. We used this pattern in a couple workshops in my yarn shop and it went very well. Some people went on to make several more!

This pattern is worked by section numerically, with a schematic added to the written directions so you can pinpoint the section you are working. It’s easy enough for all but the beginner knitter. It helps to have worked entrelac before. Every row is written out, and sections are clearly marked. You will need to know how to pick up and knit and pick up and purl stitches, 3-needle bind off, short rows, and i-cord bind off. All directions are clearly written.

The leather handle is from Homestead Heirlooms and is inexpensive and comes in lots of colors. The yarn is Malabrigo Worsted - super soft and comes in the yummiest colors! You’ll love working with it!

This is a 10 page pattern - so nothing is left to the imagination!
