Design Details
Treeline by Vicky Hsu is inspired by the verdant, lush Redwood forests in coastal Northern California. This hat is made in our lightweight Weld, and features a fun cable technique to create the “treeline” motif around the body of the hat.

Finished Size
22” (56 cm) finished circumference, 8.5 (22 cm) height. Fits adult heads with circumferences of approximately 19-23” (48-58 cm).

Yarn
Hudson + West Co. Weld (70% U.S. Merino / 30% U.S. Corriedale; 200 yds / 183 m; 1.76 oz / 50 g):
Version 1: juniper (light heathered green), 1 skein
Version 2: fawn (natural beige), 1 skein.

Needles
Size A: (for hat): US 3 (3.25 mm) small circular needle and DPNs, or long circular needle for magic loop, per knitter preference.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions
Stitch markers; tapestry needle; cable needle (optional).

Gauge
