The name of this hat is inspired by my favourite Cornish beach. It is so quick to knit as you are using aran yarn and it involves knitting a fancy ribbed brim and a pleated rib pattern for the main section. You will need to knit in the round either on DPNs or using a circular needle. As it is knitted in the round, you end up with a lovely seamless hat with only a few ends to sew in.
